Submissions

Some papers will be accepted for presentation at Conference sessions, others at the Ph.D. group sessions.

‘Best Paper’ is awarded to by Aalto University to the best paper in the conference sessions.

Submission Instructions:

For accessing the system you have to sign up for an account
Please create account for you by clicking sign up for an account
follow the steps and you will receive account confirmation message into
your email and link to create user id and password.

Sending an abstract :

1. Please log into https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esu2012
2. If you are logged in as an author and see a menu tab "New Submission", You will see detailed instructions on how to submit your abstract. Please mark "abstract only"
3. Press Submit and you will receive submission confirmation message into your email

Sending a paper:

1. Return to https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esu2012
2. If you are logged in as an author and see a menu tab "Paper 1", click it, and
3. use the menu on the right hand side of the screen and click "Submit a New Version" and upload your paper and submit. Your paper will automatically be sent to the appropriate review panel for assessment.
